The Gor series was written by John
Norman. There are some 20+ books in the series. There are
entire sites on the web devoted to Gorean lore and practices. For
our daily lives, e and I have taken from a few of the positions and
practices incorporating variations which I find appropriate for us.
I have adapted the Gorean positions with minor variations to accommodate e's
ability to hold position for extended periods and my personal tastes.
e has enjoyed learning these positions and can take them, without
hesitation at the snaps of my fingers or with one word commands.
Some time ago I came across a website of an artist who had drawn a
number of the Gorean slave positions. I wrote to her and asked if
she would be interested in doing a series of diptychs (two part pieces)
with e on one side and her corresponding drawing on the other. I have
never heard back from her. We decided to go ahead and do some photos
of some of the various Gorean slave positions anyway and we have had a
wonderful time do it. I have given e time and coaching to practice and
carefully refine a set of positions. Once we are satisfied
she has learned a set of positions well, I give her a command for
a specific position of the set she just practiced. The joy with
which she assumes the position and the depth to which she engages the
submission or proud presentation or both of the specific position is
heart warming. I let her be with each position long enough for her
to fully experience it - even to the point of some part of her
body beginning to ache, tingle or fall asleep. In each position she
fully expresses her submission, and her pride and joy in being a
submissive erotic masochist slave.
  
This is a basic Gorean slave submissive position.
We use a fairly modified version of this when I enter or leave the
house. I like to have her arms, hands and fingers, straight in
front of her, with palms down and thumbs touching, her legs apart and
parallel, pussy and ass thrust up high and her back straight at near a
45 degree angle.. When it is this, we call it present.
  
This is called by some table
(We prefer this position with legs open and parallel rather than with
heels touching. We also prefer it with arms forward and parallel and
with palm down. And, I like e to maintain a slightly flatter back.
When I want her to assume this position, I use the one word
command table)

e relaxes between being put through a set of positions and practicing
another set of Gorean positions.

There is a magic to e when she assumes and
maintains "positions" - a submissive's pride - a centeredness - an aura
of well-being - deep and genuine sincerity which unpretentiously and
un-presumptuously emanates from her. she veritably glows. It is
truly wonderful.
    
This is a variation of a Gorean position, nadu (which e enjoys
very much), which we call nadu 1 or nadu easy.

This is called by some Gor-obedience.
e calls it devotions or kissing Master's feet :-).

When e is in a submissive space she will often spontaneously assume this
position.
    
This is one of e favorite Gorean positions - nadu.
     
This is another of e's favorite positions, slightly modified from the
traditional version know by some as leasha.
We had been over at friends, husband and wife,
practicing and taking these pictures since 1:00pm. We had
definitely lost track of time. She was practicing some with us. The
three of us were having a great time. I was enjoying
coaching her and e, taking pictures, and watching the two of them
practice. Our friends are not comfortable with having their
pictures shown - particularly her. she is a beautiful blond with a great
body. She is concerned about her career and the possible disasters that
could unfold if some unscrupulous, self-righteous, uptight, possibly
mean spirited, sexually repressed colleagues were to know.
He is a man of habits. He generally goes to bed by 9:00pm. His
back had been bothering him all day so he was mostly just sitting back
watching. During a set of practices he quietly slipped away so as not to
disturb us. Some minutes later we were in a rest between sets. We
noted his continuing absence. e lifted her arm to show me the time
to indicate why he had slipped away. There was something
about her posture and position and the lighting that struck me, I
took the picture - The lighting, her posture, the fall of her
hair, the shape and visual of her breasts, the fading bdsm marks on her
breast, all made for a wonderful picture. We briefly discussed the
situation with his wife and if it carried any implications for stopping.
The situation being better than ok and even better than good, we
continued some more.
  
This is the Gorean position known as kolar, another of e's
favorites.
 
This is the position e assumes in anticipation of possibly being
lead around by her hair. I lightly slap my thigh twice on the side I
anticipate leading her by. she comes and assumes the position on that
side so all I have to do is reach over and grab a handful of her hair.
    
Again, one of e's favorite Gorean positions known by some as leasha
or for us simply the command sit.
   
This is a basic belly position. Because we have a number of
versions of this position we call this belly-open 1. These
belly positions, with pelvis rotated up and ass in the air are hard to
maintain for extended periods of time.
    
This is called bara.
  
Gorleading
It is now almost 11:00pm.
We are doing final review, comments, suggestions and summations.
A wonderful time we have had. Practice, Practice, Practice :-)
e dressed for going to a Gorean gathering. she will serve as kajira
for the afternoon and evening. e's shackled, held open, pussy chained to
padlocked leather thigh cuffs enhances her sense of kajira and provides, I
think, for an appropriate Gorean sensibility for the afternoon and
evening. Though we are not Gorean, this will be natural for e because many
aspects of what we do have Gorean overtones and a number of our rituals
and e's positions have Gorean influences.
